How hard is it to actually give them your money??
I'm after a replacement case for their supercollapsible backgrounds, I sent an email three weeks ago asking if they had any and got a reply saying they did, telling me the price and asking to let them know if I needed any more info. I wanted to buy one but couldn't find anything on the site, so emailed back asking how I could place the order.
No reply.
I emailed again a few days later asking how I could order and pay.
No reply.
A week later, I did the same.
No reply.
I called them yesterday, but kept getting through to a voicemail, so I left a message asking for someone to call me to take my payment.
No reply.
I've been calling again today but still getting the voicemail every single time. Has anyone else had issues getting through to them or getting a response? I desperately need this case, but can't for the life of me place an order with them! :bonk:
