This stuff looks pretty good value, seems to meet most requiremnts:

fast recycling (plenty of capacitors)
consistent light and colour temp
fan cooled

and at £281 today looks good value, anyone tried them?

(look very similar to the elemental visico range?)

Never seen or heard of them before but they actually look like an ok bit of kit. The 600W kit comes in at £360 including stands, carry case and softbox which at first glance looks like a decent little deal. These would be ideal for lighting a background or if you wanted the additional lights for hair lights etc.

Maybe someone like Garry Edwards would be best place to advise on these due to knowledge of lighting equipment
