Photobucket - No upload from PC!

Not sure if this is the right place or not!

I am using my old laptop, as my main one is being repaired.
I have just gone into my Photobucket account and selected upload, My Computer tab is there, but it is not showing the different locations on my PC to upload from, nothing just the tab.

Would it being a different PC be the problem? Is there something I need to change?

We use photobucket for our eBay listings and I havent been able to upload for 2 days

i uploaded an image this morning, worked fine.

so you dont get the big green "select photos and videos" button?
