Morning all,

Just a quick topic about photo upload sites.

I use photobucket, have done for a while just for somewhere to upload my photos to.

I notice that the majority of people on here use flickr.

Is flickr better, if so why?

Do you use something else?
What are your reasons for using a different site?

Photobucket for hosting junk shots, gear for sale shots etc - pics for thread illustration etc.

Flickr for hosting atcual photography results.

:plusone: Photobucket seems to degrade images more than Flickr.

Hi Chris, you might be interested you might not  Link Things might well have changed over the months but I am happy to use either for uploading my pics.

Flickr tends not to mess with your photo's too much, it offers a lot of flexibility with size of image to post in the forum, your can set different privacy levels depending on the photo/set, you can issue guest passes to view private stuff as you need to  generally flickr is a feature packed tool

500px is better than both.

That subjective, and personally I hate 500px it drives me nut's hence why I've not put anything on there in months
