I ordered 3 a3 calendars for giftts for familly members 1st of december, they finally arrived today 16 days later, no problem with the weather issues we have had and Christmas rush. Just opened them to find 2 a3 calendars which belong to someone else !! :thumbsdown:
Totally gutted, can't contact them after 5pm so they can get ready for both barrells tomorrow.:bang:

The package gives a dispatch date of the 3rd but the calendars inside are dated the 5th so theres something wrong with that aswell.

Photobox ..Pah!!! I am waiting for a retirement card ordered on 6th Dec and they sent an email saying it was despatched yesterday 1st class.....I needed it for tommorrow :( I wont be using them again.
 
Personaly I use them every month and in 3 years only had one problem.

They mis-printed 8 enlargements. They reprinted them and refunded me for the mistake.

Another point of view is sometimes needed.
 
Photobox are no worse than anyone else and these errors happen even at the pro labs!

I ordered a coffee table book from loxley (one of the UK's finest professional labs). they sent it out in 5 days but they sent the wong one. Turned out I got one from a guy in Ireland and he got mine!!

So put it down to human error and hope that they can resolve quickly. We've all make mistakes..... Not saying however you shouldn't fire a coupole of salvos at them - Maybe get a discount off your next order :)

The thing for me is how well its sorted out not about a discount, I rang this morning and was told that they would be sceduled for a re-print on the 22nd and very little in the way of an appoogy. I asked for a call back from a supervisor,who was under the impression that my complaint was about delivery time and not that I had received calendars belonging to a customer who was French and Living in France.
They have now agreed to re send special delivery on Monday. Now heres the bit I don't get, I told them I had the bar codes on the caledars so that they can contact the other party who is missing their calendar and they said not to bother they will complain to our French partners and they can sort it out !!
Forgive me for being naive, but I would be wanting to contact the other customer and explain the situation and try and sort them out in time for Christmas ??

I would just like to give my opinion of Photobox.
Personally I think they are brilliant, always been quick to reply to emails to sort anything out, and very friendly, always been quick at sending items out (royal mail have been really slow recently though, but it's not photobox's fault.) I've got some great deals from there, and the prints have always been good.
