Photobox slow and buggy since retiring old uploader?

Hi everyone. Does anyone else use photobox? I have used them since day dot for proofs and noticed they have changed their website and retired the old (secret) uploader that they removed years ago and after lots of complaints reinstated. Anyhow. Left the computer uploading 1300 files last night and the flipping thing failed in the middle of the night. It is usually slow. Now the studio Internet is only 15mbps but come on photo box... it was painful today when trying to do the upload again. So I brought the files home on a usb and tried from our very very fast Internet at home, but it is very slow too. And the new uploader seems to crash all of my browsers across three different machines. Is it just me or is anything seeing this too?

I use Photobox fairly regularly (last used this morning). I do find it generally slow, but never have had any issues uploading? I tend to limit it to batches of 100-200 photos at a time mind you, so that could be why?

Did you hear back from them out of curiosity?

I had real trouble with the new loader, went to FTP instead, had issues with that. Gave up and went to another lab
