Yes
I ordered some prints from Photobox a couple of weeks ago which failed to arrive though were posted. Photobox have offered to replace them without any hassle whatsoever.
I think that deserves a mention !

Fortunately I have only had to contact their cutomer service once and they were excellent. I had ordered ten or twelve A3 prints and one arrived with a yellow cast, I phoned them up and they promised me that they would re-print and send out by courier, the next morning the package arrived as promised and they had printed all of the prints again.

Good to see that decent customer service is still alive and kicking in some areas.

my experience with Photobox Customer service has also been excellent. if there's a problem they sort it no questions asked!

Big ++++ to photobox (and the quality of prints was excellent).

Yep same here. Had a 10x8 print in gloss with a scratch running straight through it. Hard to see but it was there. Emailed them and they re-printed it and sent out within 24 hours with no questions.

Also Peak are very good with the old customer service. You can ring up and speak to the techie who has your pictures in front of him on the screen. Has been very helpful in the past. Alot more pricey than PBox though.

Use them exclusively & always found their prints & service to be excellent, only slight negative would be their Photobooks - paper quality leaves a little to be desired (170gsm "silky")

Forbiddenbiker - I knew about the strike, and my order was dispatched closer to three weeks ago, so I did mention in my email to them that I expected the postal service to be at fault, but I wanted to register with them that my prints had not arrived just in case of problems, so no finger pointing at them in any way by me..!
And by the way - you have the Big Bazza mentioned under your name - I met him once - he presented me with a cup after some schoolboy scrambler race I was in - even though I was only 11 or something, I still remember it as a highlight in my otherwise sad life...

Photobox has on a couple of occasions forgotten to print a pic. A quick email to customer support and usually the whole order is resent.

Fantastic After Sales service.

Just a shame that this week there service was let down by an unofficial wildcat post office strike in Carlisle. (But don't get me started on that)

Are there still strikes and after effects going on in certain places?

various packages i have sent and expected from scotland are still missing after 2 weeks with one........and 4 days with another (first class postage ... 2 x 1st class stamps actually!!)

But ive received stuff from other places during the week ok.

i recieved someone elses christmas photos a few years ago, phoned up customer service and straight away they said they would reprint my photos and send them out straight away, the pictures arrived the next day, the only problem ive ever had and it was sorted within about 2 mins.

service has been great otherwise :)

I posted a package to one of the members of this forum 9 days ago first class it has still not arrived and it cant be reported as missing until 15 working days has passed fortunately the member has been very understanding So its good to hear some things are getting thro and some companies offer excellent customer service well done photobox

Nice memory, I only met him face to face once coming out of a toilet block at Donington Park, around the same age as you all I could think of was asking for his autograph, only I didn't have a pen or paper, so all I remember is his face grinning down at me while this fact dawned... doh. ...he did ruffle my hair though. :D

I too find Photobox to be excellent in all ways :)

I used Photobox for the first time, mainly because of all the recommends I've seen on TP. I have to say I'm stunned with the service. I ordered 6 A4 prints on Tuesday late afternoon and they've arrived this morning  The colour is very accurate - I'm especially impressed with a mono shot, knowing how I struggle to print mono on my printer. The gloss paper is lovely quality and the matt has a nice texture to it. The prints were really well packaged too.

I've got nothing but praise for them. I honestly can't see me doing my own printing any more.

Isn't nice to read a thread where a company is being praised for its customer services. Big Kudos to Photobox.
I have used them several times and always been amazed by the speed and quality of their work.

....hmmm.... isn't Matty our retail guru? Now call me cheeky, but why don't we ask photobox for an ongoing TP discount? Just 5% would be nice for a forum of so many members and so many recommendations. ;)
