Photobox Query...

Hi,

I have a number of albums stored on photobox, all available for purchase.

The "my sales" link in PB, only shows 1 sale, yet I have gone and purchase some of my own prints (at base price) and it doesn't show in the my sales link....

I'm 90% sure (am collecting info) that I have sold more prints but they're not showing up on PB.

Is anyone else having issues with PB, is this a known fault?

PS. I have also emailed PB asking them the same question, but I'd like to get a more, unbiased view from TP members.

If you are logged into your own account and order from your albums it won't show in your sales. PB will count sales from other accounts (as they make every new customer sign up) hope that helps

You should receive an email for EVERY purchase so no confirmation email = no sale
