I tried to join again, but it said my request is still awaiting moderator attention.

I have sent Clawz a PM on here and on Flickr - looks like he's MIA though.

Oh well...

To be honest, from my point of view I upload to the flickr group but it seems quite inactive. It is showing as having 70 ish members but there has been such a fall off rate that those remaining seem to be in the 52 thread on here as opposed to flickr.
I for one found it too time consuming to be posting on photographs on there and the threads in here. For posting C&C this has been my default option. Iain
 
Thanks Iain :) I put my photos on Flickr anyway so it wouldn't be extra effort for me to add them to the group, and I quite like that I can compare people's snaps for a particular theme more easily there. But like you say it's no biggie if it doesn't happen :)

Just had a quick catchup...message to self, 'Must try harder!'.

Anyway, I see we are down to 14 posts (on the spreadsheet) for Small :rules:

Nope, it's great being bored! I relish boredom, such a rare thing with kids and a photography habit!

Mind you, due to my work being bloody useless, I got my practical examination done last week which means in practice I'm now allowed to control aircraft at my new unit! But I can't until I do the theory bit tomorrow! So I've sat at work the last two days and done some gratuitous lounging around! Caught up on here, read some of my Practical Photography mag and revised a bit!

I'm hoping after tomorrow I'll relocate my mojo, I've taken a lot of photos that need sorting, I just can't be bothered to sit at the pc just now:bonk:
 
I still haven't had the time to get my shots done, tried my small tonight but I want to do better! I'm on nights this weekend then four days off so hoping to catch up then!

It's so difficult to focus the mind on one shot with so many ideas rattling around in ones head:gag:
 
Is it me, or has it got quite quiet on the comments too? There just don't seem to be that many each day.

Keep going guys and gals; it's downhill all the way now :)

My apologies for not being around , work has just about knocked me for 6 over the least 2 weeks , no energy for anything , only picked up the camera for 1/2hr in 14 days,feeling decidely down about everything :'(
I'm gonna try n pop by a few threads now

I know that feeling! I've taken photos just no time at home to sit in front of the pc!

If I could take photos at work I'd be sorted, I'm in from 11pm tonight. 8 hours to peruse TP though!!!

no energy to play at the mo , totally drained ....you heading over to that meet ? tis about an hour n 15 from here , never been but looks interesting...subject to the weather . If your going & wanna car share gimme a shout & I'll drag my sorry butt down there :)

I'm ssssoooo going. I, too, have been a bit :shrug: lately with my camera!

Unless I take the Monday of a lift would be great.

Ok then , looks like I'm going, if you wanna car share you'll need to drive to mine....coming to pick you is going in the wrong direction :lol: Let me know times etc & we'll get it sorted.......anyone else from the 52 going & need a lift ?
 
I've just been reading about the meet on the 29th. I've wanted to go there for a while, unfortunately I know a few names on the walls! I'm actually off that day so have registered interest, I just need to figure out what my hubby is working and child care!

It's looking like a cracking meet. I'm tempted to push my luck with Jackie and drive over Saturday and either kip in my (very small) car or check into a B&B :D

Thanks for all support and comments so far. I saw somewhere on one of the many 52s threads that I have read that in the 52s at least some people comment. This seems remarkably true as I have posted in other TP threads and got b.....r all response :thinking: Latest one was yesterday in Sports and despite 32 views, no comments. :bonk:

So once again thanks to all you 52ers and I will get myself into gear

Alan I know this feeling! My reshoot is my stall!!!

I got my small done yesterday which I'm rather pleased with!
