Thanks for posting the new theme .... can't believe it but I took a photo of something twisted last night, but the photo is not as I would have liked it to be, so will try to get a better photo .... that is unless I come up with another idea in the meantime.

I suppose I could charge the batteries and reformat a CF card for the 3rd time whilst I'm waiting. Anyone got a pack of cards?

I take it you mean a pack of playing cards and not a pack of CF cards :lol:

:lol: fat chance :p I use SD cards, so don't have any CF, however I could always post you a Joker card :D

I wouldn't worry. I'm about 3 weeks behind. Been half killing myself in the gym, and Jessops STILL haven't shipped my camera, ordered 30/04/11 :(
 
Week 19 : Divided - Still not made my mind up on this. I have an idea, but unsure how to pull it off. {edit} Had another idea for this. Might take my kit with me to work tomorrow, if I don't oversleep. I'm knackered!
Week 20 : Promise - I've got this in front of me now, being prepared. Hope it works! {edit} redoing this awful shot I took with my phone :D
Week 21 : Twisted - Need to go to the shop later to buy some things for this. {edit} Gah, I know exactly what I want for this, but can I find the item I need to buy? NO!
Week 22 : Hidden - I have a cunning plan for this one, although I'll need a high vantage point, and I can't think of anywhere around here to do it. Hmm. {edit} I thought of two ideas today. I've bought a load of stuff, and as I was riding home from work I thought of another political idea too!

Thanks for the text Dawn.
It was handy to know it before today just to get the old grey matter working.
I'm still 'mentalblock' though and trying to think of something.

The Wirral offered one Hidden idea - the sun - but how do you make a grey sky interesting :thinking:

It's a shame it wasn't a reshoot card as the beach at Thurstaston offered a few ideas for past themes.

As for BROKEN, well I have a few ideas for that .... infact one I had to replace today :lol:

But tomorrow I am out on a Tutored Photo-Walk so hopefully I will find something along the way for inspiration, and hopefully regain some motivation which seems to have been lacking a bit in me lately.

Good luck everyone and I look forward to seeing your photos for the new theme.

It is an organised walk, by a professional photographer. The theme will be Photographing Spring Colours and will be in the Abbeystead and Over Wyresdale area. It is primarily designed for those with limited or no photographic experience but advanced photographers are welcome to join (I think I still fit into the former category considering my poor photographic skills of late :lol:) so maybe I will learn something ..... especially regards composition ... and it is should hopefully be a great day out meeting new people (networking) and discovering new places.

There are a number of walks planned throughout the year in various location in the Northwest areas.

If anyone is interested, let me know and I will send you links.

I'm not sure what to expect, but will find out tomorrow.

I was going to post the link here ... but as it is more regional it may be too far for those who live further afield.

So just let me know if you are interested. There may even be such walks in other areas that people can attend. I found the information at my local library.
