With Photobucket you can use any email address you want
With Flickr you use yahoo to sign up with only, you don't have to use all the other crap that comes with it, also once signed up you can assign another email address as your primary one - I did this and use my Gmail address

Chris, this site has its own gallery and as a member, you have space in it. Not sure what the dimensions are (pixels and bytes) but they're decent enough! This link ( https://www.talkphotography.co.uk/tutorials/how-to-add-photos-to-your-gallery.9/ ) will help.
