Photo slideshow software

Hi folks,

don`t have time to browse all threads as i`m supposed to work
I`ve done photoshoot of a baby and would like to put some photos into a slideshow, perhaps with some melody on background and give it to baby`s mother for birthday. Can somebody recommend some software (possible free ) as i`ve tried Photo to DVD slideshow or whatever is its proper name, but i`m not happy with output.
