Photo shoot Cost

Hey I have been asked to do a photo shoot for this girl. She does some local modeling and she was in my class and asked me to do a photo shoot. She offered to pay and I really need the money.

How much do you think I should charge?

Here is what I was thinking:

$40 for the shoot includes CD. If she wants prints I will include the cost of each print into the $40.

What do yall think?

How long will it take to prepare and shoot?
How long will it take to process and deliver the prints etc?

(That's just keeping it very simple) but..

Don't give work away, it makes it worthless.

Charge your $40 but then charge for the CD on top and prints at say, for A4 $20 each.
