Photo Organising Software

Is there any decent (preferably cheap ) software to organise all the photos on my pc. Something similar to Picasa but better?

Fotostation Pro - it's the best. You can archive all your photos and use drag 'n' drop for custom functions. Still learning how to use it all...

It looks and sounds very good, just seems a bit pricey?

I really like Fast Stone Image viewer - Its Free and I use it in preference to the Adobe Bridge - got it set to edit in CS2 but the slideshow with music is ace
