Hi there can anyone suggest a good photolab to print of quality prints and decent prices.I have an A3 printer currently being payed for..got a couple weeks left on my account to pay before hand.

Depends what you call quality, and decent prices. I've used photobox, they are a good home use print company, for pro work I use One Vision Imaging, another good one for a bit less money is DSCL (or is it DCSL?)..... well one of those LOL.

Photobox are OK, but only if you don't have a problem. I am currently waiting on an order which was despatched a week ago and had an estimated delivery of last Friday. It still isn't here. Earlier today, I called Photobox's customer services wanting to find out which carrier they had used only to be greeted by an automated message saying that they were very busy and to save me holding on, they suggested that I should call back later. Their phone system then disconnected the call.

I've also emailed my question, but got an automated "We'll respond in two working days."

To my mind, this is very poor customer service.

I've been getting fantastic results from DSCL, and find their prices pretty good too.
