Photo Editing Help

I'm trying to lighten a photo taken inside without a flash as it has come out quite dark, but my photoshop skills are pretty basic and can't get it to look any good.

If i put the picture up would anybody be kind enough to have a go at improving it for me

Looks blurred even in the dark.. Needed the flash to get the shutter speed up.. Doesn't look like its worth trying to save..

When its lightened by +4 ev, theres no detail in the people to make the finished result worth posting... It only occupied the left hand half of the histogram

I'd agree, had a bit of a play in photoshop but it isn't worth it sorry.
Blurred and noisy.
