photo competition

Curiously, unless I've missed something, the T&C's don't actually state that you have to have taken the photograph yourself, though it seems you do have to be in a position to sign away your moral rights to the image to claim the £10K prize.

Entrants warrant that their Entry is their original work, has not been copied from others, and does not violate the privacy, intellectual property rights or other rights of any other person or entity. :thumbs:
 
This is the part of the T&Cs that means I'm giving this one a miss:

"use the image in future campaigns, promotions, screensaver and wallpaper packs whether related to this Competition or not...understand that you will not receive any compensation or credit for use of your Entry, other than as described in these Terms and Conditions"
