Photo collage software

I want to be able to provide photo collage's for my customers. I've looked at the collage section in elements but it doesn't do as much as I want it too really.

I wondered if there were any particular programs people use for this that don't cost an arm and a leg?

I have Lightroom, does this have a collage feature? Is it better than the one in elements?

Picassa did a decent basic collage last time I needed one doing. I couldn't get what I was after from Lightroom.

Theres a program called fotofusion thats not bad.

If you don't want to spend hours to do Collage, I would suggest Picture Collage Maker (the Pro version allows multiple page collage). Tons of templates avalaible (you can customize these templates) or you can make your own.

I've been playing around with Smilebox lately, and found it to be quite good. It's the only one I've ever used so I havn't got anything to compare it to.
