Petrol cap keeps moving from side to aide

That is hard to believe.

I did wonder that, but the, what is apparently spontaneous giggling, in the back ground

Somebody needs to explain her fuel gauge to her.
My wife had a blonde moment yesterday, when she was parked behind me and I put the car in reverse, lights plainly visible, she just sat there, I took the car out of reverse, then put it back in reverse and she still sat there. When I asked her later why she didn't reverse when she saw the lights, she said she thought they were my headlights as they were white. :thinking:

Did I just need to drop the https:// then?
 
Ta - seen it now. Most fuel gauges have a little arrow on them to tell you which side...

The handle and hose on the fuel pump symbol on the gauge shows what side the filler cap is. If the handle and hose are on the left, the filler flap is on the left, if the handles and hose are on the right ........................................etc.

you need a smaller car ... I never have trouble with them and it really bugs me when people block access to vacant pumps by queueing at an occupied one, because it is that tiny bit easier for them ;)

Precisely. My car is one size down from her SUV and I can fill up from either side instead of waiting. It does usually involve stopping closer to the pump than she did. Somehow I do not want to come close to her on the roads.

I suspect the hose isn't long enough and you'd have trouble getting the nozzle in a recent Ford. Plus which there's no way a rubber hose is going to get draped across my cars paintwork.
 
I watched this earlier today haha! I can't belive someone could be THAT numb! Oh well at least she got there in the end hahahaha
