Peter McKinnon's B-Roll Challenge

I'm not sure if many of you watch Peter McKinnon (or even know who he is), but last week he set a challenge to go to a boring/uninteresting spot near where you live/work and make a 30 second B-Roll sequence from that single spot. Oh, and to only use 1 camera and 1 lens.
