Perspex

Hi all, i am wanting to use Perspex on the floor for family group shots and was wondering what size you use and how thick?

I use 2mm thk acrylic 1.2m x 1.2m and it works a treat. Only on hard surface though (never directly onto carpet, I use click together laminate to cover carpet)

Thanks for that andrew, do you have your perspex right up against the back of the back drop or a little forward?

I have the perspex slightly elevated where it meats the background just to make sure that I cant see the edge of the background. Size of floor is about 3x2.5m

I have it exactly where the subject is standing/sitting/whatever, so about 1mtr - 1.5mtrs forward of the vertical vinyl backdrop with the vinyl continuing under the perspex fully.
