personal finalizing a picture??

.....im just curious the various ways you all finalize your picture, with boarders and the likes just to give it that more professional touch?

It depends on where it is going, for prints to be mounted with some space between the mount and the image I usually use a solid 2px black keyline. For web etc I don't bother.
