b****r...wanted to take some portraits with my 680. Set it up, managed to get someone to sit for me. Took a Polaroid, great. Fitted a film back and shot the roll. Said goodbye to my model. Took the film out...Velvia...wrong back....b****r. Gonna have some Hooleyed when they are processed..

Oh how that is familier, been there too many times so you'd think I would have learned! Serious empathy and sympathy!

The one that catches me out is changing backs but forgetting to alter the ISO on the camera ......

Thanks, thought it was just me.

So far I've only used Velvia 100 and Across 100..... But I know it's gonna happen one day..thankfully no meter in the 680 so I use my iPhone app.

Too easy to do .....an error I have made on a few occassions with the ETRS

It's alright for those with metering in camera

I'm meticulous about making sure what is in each back - I usually have such a wide range of emulsions (T-Max being shot at ISO 1600, Provia at ISO 100 in another back) that it would be disastrous!

I've made the ISO cockup a few times, the one that I have to make doubly sure of is whether I have black and white or colour film in the back before putting a yellow or orange filter on it :D

Nearly done that to a roll of Velvia, remembered just in time!

hehe....yes.

My brain is so small I make sure that both backs have the same ISO film, to at least prevent this one area.

Yep...that's my train of thought absolutely.

These new fangled roll film cameras. You knew were you where with just glass plates in your bag.
