Has anyone tried the Perfectly Clear plugin from Athentech or whoever it is? I saw a site mention it and how simple yet reasonably good it was at batch processing so thought I might give it a go. I've downloaded a trial and it seems ok, if a little keen to make the images look a little over PPd. Not impressed with it's noise reduction either - seems to just soften everything. That said, it does make the images look quite interesting.

Not sure if I should keep using it or not, but to be fair I need something. With an 11 month old and a masters dissertation to write, I just don't have the time to PP the hundreds of pics I seem to take!

Does anyone have any recommendations for any other simple plugins that can batch reasonably well?

The only plugins j have purchased are the NIK software set.

Very helpfull if im honest.

I haven't tried it either, but I've tried several "auto fix" types plug-ins over the year, they work some of the time, but with programs like lightroom thats designed for bulk/batch editing I really can't see any advantage.
Even photoshops own simple auto levels/auto colour can be used as an action and run on a folder of images.
If you find perfectly clear works for your pics fine but for $199 you could have lightroom and some change.

It's a feature of Aftershot Pro which does a lot more and costs a lot less than $199. But I agree with Wayne. Go for Lightroom instead. The more you use Lightroom the more presets you'll have for "one-click solutions".
