I kinda like it. Seems quite well priced too!

Edit: just noticed it's a DX format so perhaps it's not so well priced? Guess it depends on the performance.

Seen a lot of comments about price, I think that its the reality of the current post-brexit currency squeeze, what would have been an £800 body a year ago just isn't going to be now.
Looks good though, if I was to add an APS-C body though I'd probably pickup a cheaper K3ii, like the size though would be great with my Ltd Primes (31/43)

Not a camera I'm interested in but there are a couple of cool features. It's smaller than it looks. You get 3 differently sized grips which you can change. Just shooting a small prime? Then you can choose a small grip. Big zoom then use the deeper grip.

[ISO up to 819,200] Is this for Black Cats in Coal Cellars.
There was a short piece about this on PetaPixel ...

Essentially it was suggested that for people who do long exposures, you can ramp up the ISO; take a quick "snap" to check composition and focusing then return to base level iso before taking your 60 second image.

I built a camera it does 1 zillion iso it's completely crap above iso 6400 as it's crop but the numbers look amazing on paper. Yours for 1500 pounds.

I'm guessing at 1 zillion ISO it wouldn't be much better if it was full frame either ;)

Shhh don't tell everyone, you may get an extra 1 - 1 1/2 stop goodness then it turns crap but that'll cost you another grand.
