Just got myself a new camera a Pentax K20D! :woot:

Sold my ist DS as I had out grown it so hope this one is just as enjoyable. I was sad to see the old DS go
 
I have the K10D which is an excellent piece of kit and the K20D is presumeably an improvement on that. I have to say I think Canon could learn a trick or two from it - not least Pentax's version of auto ISO safety shift.

I've had mine for about a month now, it is a fantastic piece of kit. I upgraded from the K100D and never regretted it. I shot my first wedding with it last week and got some good results.

I did invest in the grip for it and feels soo good in the hand, I really hope you enjoy yours as much as I am enjoying mine. Oh and don't forget to update your firmware! :)
 
ThisPhotoGuy, please let me know how much have you spent for Pentax K20D?
I'm going to buy this digital camera myself and currently I'm looking for the lowest price in the web. For now I have found Pentax K20D for $930 at http://www.testfreaks.co.uk/digital-cameras/pentax-k20d/
Do you know the places where I can find it cheaper or it's a normal price for this one?
 
I got mine from warehouse express for £799 with a kit lens. $930 sounds like a good deal to me. I will never use the kit lens probably but there was only £30 a difference so just got it.

I used a tamron 70-300 mm f4-5.6 for the eagle pic. I never do wildlife only ever do landscapes at wide angle. SO I am pretty happy with my first attempt
