Pentax 70r

How good do you want it to be and what would you be using it for? I don't have experience with that particular camera but Pentax are a good manufacturer and generally made nice cameras. When I was a kid my parents had a basic Pentax point and shoot with fixed lens and it always made nice sharp photos.
 
They were a cheap point and shoot camera that most of the leading manufacturers made in the 80,s. If it works it will take a photograph,but,not sure you will enjoy the quality.

As far as I now it takes two CR 2 batteries which will cost you as much as the camera is worth.
