Yes, I'm crackers. But I keep looking at them. Should I be scared ?
Anyone know anything about them. Thinking of an SLR medium format.
Spent a long time checking out the Pentax. Decided its not for me. BUT...I'd still like a MF SLR for walkabout...over to you..

You bought one of the Fuji 6x9 RFs right? I personally say, get more familiar with that first :thumbs:

You make a lot sense.....could save me some cash...

Gear lust is easy to get sucked into, but there's nothing like a good photo. I was thinking of getting a wider lens for my 67 (currently have the 105mm f/2.4), but I want to enjoy the results I'm getting from the 105mm more first (and get more familiar with the camera).

Right again. Just got some stuff back shot with the YashMat. Loving a couple of them. Might stick them up later.

defo agree with get good with what you have, i love gear lust and if its cheap its pretty easy to have, recently i have purchased 3x 5mm cameras but all in I have forked out £150 including lenses, some of the exotic kit needs thinking about seriously and at this time im learning my craft.

Look forward to seeing them. Shot with a TLR after a while away from them, and they are a lot of fun in a compact package.

I had one a while back that turned out to have the pretty common issue of the shot counter failing. Apart from the annoyance of the counter not working, the P6 is a beast of a camera. I had the Biometar 120mm/2.8 lens on it which was a brick in itself.

Unfortunately, I didn't actually put a film through mine as I sent it off to Miles Whitehead to attempt to repair the film counter and when it came back (unsuccessfully) I had been offered a good price on a Fuji GA645 so I sold the Pentacon on. I'd be tempted to pick up another one if I came across a bargain.

I was really impressed with the brightness of the WLF;

However, to repeat previous posts, it's always better to shoot what you've already got before adding to the collection as that just means you get less time to enjoy the cameras you already have (saying that, I'm just cleaning up my new Yashica Electro 35GT as I type...)

Cheers
Steve
