Bought a Pentacon Six off eBay recently and it said it was tested and working fine.

I tested the shutter when I got it and it was fine, I then took it out yesterday and ran a roll of film through it and when I got back my mate who I go togging with was playing around with it and noticed a few of the shutter speeds were very inaccurate, the shutter didn't close on some and on one speed it left a small (about 5mm) gap in the shutter curtain after shooting until I wound on to the next shot.

I noticed as it got warmer it started to get better, the video below is an hour or so after getting home, it was much worse on the train home!

When I got up today it's working fine again!

Obviously the cold must make the lubricant stick.

What do you think I should do? I feel that because its fine in the warm I may have no grounds to return it or ask for a partial refund to get it serviced and I might just have to pay out myself which I would be gutted about.

What would you do? Obviously this isn't ideal because if I go out shooting when it's cold I would imagine half my shots would be ruined because of the shutter.

Seems like a fairly common problem - clicky linky, clicky linky 2. There are a couple of rough solutions on the 2nd link. Best thing you can do is take it to someone with a screwdriver & magnifying glass I think.
