I have a bamboo pen + touch and for some reason it's just stopped working?
I searched for help online but I only came across people who had problems with just the pen tip but the eraser worked fine.

Neither the pen tip nor the eraser work on mine and i'm really confused as to what's wrong. Does anyone have any ideas?

The wire came off on my by the nib, totally my fault but it was £30 for a new pen from eBay.

Is it charged? I don't have a Wacom but seem to remember it uses some clever non-contact charging technology when in the pen holder...

Couple of things that I do as mine (intuos) is very temperamental.

Every couple of days I have to reload the software - no idea why but it seems very unstable - even after I reformatted a few months ago.

I use mine beside me on a bed rather than on a desk and the wire coming out of the top also gets temperamental so I fiddle with the wire until the light on the tablet comes on and then use electric tape to fix it in place. I now tape the side and bottom corner as well to keep in place for longer as I have to redo it every month or so.

Would be interested to hear if either of these work for you.

Have you tried unplugging the tablet and putting it back in?

And as 'Keriok' have you tried a re-install ?

I have tried unplugging it and plugging it back in. I'll do the re-install.
Also, the pen itself is being recognised, the orange light comes on but nothing happens on the screen the mouse just stays put. It's still working fine to touch though, it works as a mousepad and all the functions are fine too.
