Going in the morning for 2 days walking, never taken landscape pic in life
any tips could be helpful.

TBH Janice I wish I'd seen that before my Lake District visit last year! Very good stuff in there!

Use whatever the weather to your advantage....If it's good visibility shoot those landscapes, dull or overcast then milky water shots...fog something spooky or moody.
Tripod and shutter release is good idea as is mirror lock up and grads/nd grads if you've got them. Bracketing shots helps too...
You get the idea.
Most of all have a nice time

For landscape shots here are some great spots:

Monsal Head, Chatsworth House/Park, Curbar Edge, Castleton, Derwent/Ladybower Reservoirs
