Has anyone had any dealings with Pc Specialists?

They have a very competitively priced laptop that I'm interested in buying but I have a few questions of a technical nature.

I've now waited 5 days for a reply to my technical questions. If they don't reply soon, they'll be losing a customer.
 
I got a Ultranote 2 laptop with an ips screen from them this year and apart from the long build/delivery time have been very happy with it.
 
Have you tried calling them?
I ordered a PC from them for a client and although I had no reason to contact them, it was a great spec/great price and arrived in a sensible state without the usual cludgery of preinstalled OEM skankware.
 
I got a Optimus from them and they have been fantastic, I have always called or used the website messaging system and got a fairly quick response 24 hours at most.

Are you sure you emailed correct address?
