Paypal Pics and macs

If by mac you mean an Apple Mac computer then there's no such thing as a 'mac web page', the mac is simply the tool you use to view a webpage, so yes you can use paypal.
 
iPhoto works with a .mac account but I don't know if allows you to add a profit margin to the sales. Photobox Pro account will let you though...

Yes - I assume you've built a page in iWeb? You can create a shopping cart fairly easily and have a 'Buy Now' button. This will open a page to paypal with a shopping cart, and the customer can then pay.

You can do much more these days with mac web sites than previously but I would have thought there were easier ways - such as the Photobox Pro accounts as mentioned.
