PayPal going doolally

trying to access my PayPal account this morning and I can't log in its saying my password is wrong , tried calling the help centre and it says its currently closed and to call back in office hours .. this is normal office hours .. anyone else having probs

I got logged in fine on both of my accounts, but it couldn't display my balance. I noticed some new functionality/screen designs so maybe they are releasing some updates and it got screwed up.
