PAYPAL CANT WITHDRAW ARGHHH!

Hi, all has anyone else had a problem withdrawing funds fron paypal to there bank account today? i have a funds reversed 7 times today:bang:, after speaking to 6 different paypal adviser, all fobing me of with a load of rubbish, i have now been told that is is an IT error, so i am getting charged 0.50p for every reversal, and god only knows how much i have spent on calls, its a joke.

so i was just wondering if anyone else has had a problem withdrawing funds today. Thanks Guy.
 
Not a paypal user myself but as they are a financial service provider to the UK they are regulated buy the FSA so just tell paypal that you wish to make a complaint and that to resolve the issue they need to reimburse the fees charged because of their error and the cost of the calls.

This should get them moving

thats exactly how i feel, i am p~#ssed off to say the least, i have things to pay and need to get access to the funds.
 
Paypal are regulated by the FSA?
As they are not UK based I didn't think this applied to them?

All financial service providers that provide a service in the UK are regulated by the FSA

i have used the same bank account for 3 years and never had a problem
