I'm quite happy to pay 5p a bag, for a few bags, as its a damned sight cheaper than a wife :D

Charging 5 for bags is not about the 5p its about changing attitudes and making people think before they go to the supermarket and plan ahead, its also about stopping the huge amounts of bags floating about our streams and rivers killing the wildlife.
