Paying a 'service charge' to Housing Assoc. now I've bought the house....

They supposedly cut the grass in the communal areas (Greens infront of houses etc).
That's pretty much all I know.

Well, to break it down :

Pay someone to cut grass
Pay someone to 'Pay someone to cut grass'
 
you could probably break it in court - especially if they aren't providing the service for which you are paying - however doing that would probably cost more than it s worth (unless a whole bunch of residents got together and did it together )

also you might be able to buy it out - but again that will cost a fair bit..
