Passport photos

I recently had my passport photo done in the post office. They used a special camera which produced instant photos. It had preset guides to get the framing right and then they used a special cutter to cut out 2 of the 4 photos it took. Also they could verify that it was a true likeness which is required to be signed by a professional person or someone who knows you.

I have no idea what the camera was but looked designed for passport photos only. Anyone have any ideas what the camera was?

I used to work in a shop that did passport photos. These cameras have a viewfinder in them which allows you to line up the face etc. Usually they have four lenses and take one shot that exposes 4 parts of a Polaroid at once. Complete pain in the ass tbh we eventually moved to a digital camera with a bit of acetate to line the pics up. Does the same thing
