Passport Photo Software

Has anyone got any suggestions for really easy software to take and print passport photos. I have a friend who runs a post office and he wants to make passport photos easily accessible for disabled and the very young who cant use the photobooth. He needs a simple point, shoot and print set up and the only thing he's missing is really easy software that all of his staff can use without the need to train them in photoshop etc. Any suggestions would be really helpful.

Our local chemist shop used to take your photo with a point & shoot camera, then had a printing machine that they put the memory card in & printed off passport pics.
It was also available to customers to print off family snaps etc from memory sticks.
I guess it was a smaller/similar version of the type used in Boots, Max Speilman etc.
