Yes
Did not want to bury this in the Sticky set up for contact with Rob.

http://www.bfpo.mod.uk/sendaparcel.htm

Some useful info in that link re sending parcels (except for the costs quoted since up to 2kg is free).

Just to aid anyone sending something out to rob, or anyone else.
Packing is priority!

in the case of liquid toiletries, please please double bag it- there is nothing worse than getting a bluey (letter) that has had someones shave gel leak all over it.

use a stiff sided box, tbh the Royal mail ones seem to work better than old shoeboxes.

your parcel will probably be stuffed in a bag, thrown/ wedged into a small space for onward movement (and that before it gets to BFPO:D)

once it gets into theatre it will be thrown around some more and then chucked on a helicopter with everyone on boards luggage on top.

finally it will arrive.

personally I like 6 months of broken biscuits, but some dont!

Would you advise puting sender's name and address inside rather than on the outside?

Either is OK, tbh my parents just put their initials and postcode.
I think BFPO recommend putting a note on the inside, i think thats in case the outer gets damaged in transit
