Morning everyone.

Has anyone here used either PArcel2Go or Parcel Monkey and if so were they any good ?

I've used ParcelMonkey a few times - stuff arrived next day. Trouble is, they moved to Citylink recently.. prior to that it was FedEx next day.

BTW this is the wrong forum for this sort of Q - should be in Suppliers, where there is already a thread. and I already wrote the above pretty much.. use the "Search"

Parcel2Go (using DHL) caused me problems.

ParcelMonkey - no longer use as I can get cheaper services from Interparcel.

I have used both of them many times and had very good experiences, they are so much cheaper for sending large/heavy packages.

Parcel Monkey's customer service is email only, and they take about a day to respond, but they do sort out issues. I once scheduled a collection, but then realised that I needed to change it. After emailing them (about 3pm) I had a response at 9am the next morning saying it was rescheduled and sorted.

Just make sure you check the restricted items list and claims procedure for each first, because I know somebody who sent a computer monitor and it arrived damaged, but because it was on the exclusions list, he wasn't allowed to claim compensation.

Used Parcel 2 Go a few times and never had a problem with them, but it should be pointed out they only act as an agent and it will all depend on what delivery service you select via their site.

I use Chester Post... They collect the item from one location and take it to the other... up to 30Kg and use Parcel post about £12 I think....

Parcel2go via DHL have never let me down.

I usually use Parcel2Go which ever service is more suitable at that moment. Had only one problem, package got lost somewhere between countries, but was finally found and delivered. Apart this, every time it's a good service.

I agree - parcel to go and DHL where spot on for the case I recently sold to edbray and was kept up to date with emails the whole way.

I use Parcel2go and then use whichever of their suppliers is the cheapest for the delivery type I need.

They always get everything sorted on time and have been really good.
