Hi all

I have a job next week for which I want to buy another paper roll b/g, however, the nature of it is such that my current 2.72mtr roll is too wide and a quick search seems to show that the only other size seems to be 1.35 mtrs, which is too narrow. The size I want is 2mtrs, give or take 10cms either way.

So, does anyone know of a company that stocks such a size or alternatively, anyone got any clever ideas on a neat and tidy way of chopping down a wider roll, [other than unrolling a full 11mtrs and taking scissors to it, which is never going to look good or be even :( ]. I don't mind doing this as the work is likely to be repeated so will be used again and it will also make it more easily transportable.

Yxx

Chainsaw. Ggrrrrrrrrr. Chop, chop, chop. Lol.
Sorry pal. I know that don't help.

Very useful. I was after something this width too for babies and kiddies.

It has arrived and is spot on, got from WEX in the end, it worked out marginally cheaper and delivery was very quick.

tpd - yes, but requires more faffing around to deal with the creases inherent with fabric and having now used paper and totally converted to its ease of use for setting up, lighting and reducing post... :D

I want a 1.72 roll in Ginger, but they don't seem to do it :(

Grrrrrr the Ginger paper is a lovely burnt orange colour. It looks nice tbh :)
