Panorama joins!

Tried another panorama but Photomerge in PS has left visible joins...

Any ideas why it would do this and how to avoid it happening?

Is the blending mode set correct ?? Looks like there lined up ok but struggling to blend??

Ive had this happen as well, it usually disappears once the image is merged or flattened, but occasionally it leaves a few small joins which generally can be cloned or healed.

I concur, it normally happens. flatten it and all your woes will disapear!
