Panel thoughts

Hi all,

I need to picj up a small-medium flat panel for a bedroom with dvd and freeview built in in the 2-300 price range. Does anyone have any experience with these panels?
Amaxon gave me a few 22" jobbies but I was hoping for a 24" (not that much of a biggy though) the only bigger sizes I can find are 32" and they're OTT and over budget.

Tesco are selling their 22" freeview tv with dvd built in for £189 end of line.

Samsung 32A456 = £329 in currys atm if you can stretch a bit.

we struggled to find one with everything built in (for the same purpose as yourself) we eventually bought a cheapo (£200) 19" branded thing from currys which isnt very good (but serves its purpose)

We got a 32" Samsung from Martin Dawes for £300 last summer, they have some good deals from time to time. Also got my 50" from there, £1200 when it was £1600 online!!

I wouldn't go for the DVD build in, a lot of horror stories about it stopping working due to the heat in the system.

I know the horror stories - not what I would do - I prefer the custom built media pc and decent audio approach but its her thing not mine.

Loving the sound of the tesco's panel her jewelery went over budget so a bit of balancing back would be nice
