After I got my GX9 a while ago, I couldn't help thinking that the G9 was giving better quality.
This didn't make sense, as I am under the impression they both use the same sensor.
I have always been impressed with the out of camera JPEGs from most Panasonic Lumix cameras, the differences I thought I could see (noise and detail clarity) were only noticed zooming in when processing images with Affinity (or other software).
Both cameras are now giving the same quality, and better than before.
I changed to the following
i.Dynamic OFF
i.Resolution OFF
Sharpening Lowest setting
Noise reduction Lowest setting
If using the JPEGs straight out of the camera, I'm sure these settings would help according to personal preferences, but when processing them, seems results are better without them.
