Day Dreamer -- I've got the G3, My partner bought me the Olympic edition Christmas before last so I have 2 lens's to play with.

I am just getting to know her, Love photography but have always been your typical photographer.. camera out for special occasions and I want to use her for more than that.

I have a G1, and it is a good one.G3 is probably better but what is that you want to ask about this camera?

I have owned a number of Lumix cameras including TZ8, TZ30, FZ28, G2 & briefly a G3 but am well out of touch for your needs. So you are best to take a look at the G series thread suggested by Mandoo.

I've not owned the G3 but have had the G1,G2,G10 and 2xGF1. Take a long read through the owners thread and then do a search for part one.
