That depends, what are you not satisfied with on your G2

On paper the G5, Gh2 and Gh3 are upgrades, but only if you need the extra features .

The g2 has a touch screen and touch screen focusing.
Doupt you will notice the higher mp count unless you print large and pixel peep.
Slightly lighter? Seriouly the g2 hardly weighs anything.

I would spend the money on some lenses unless you already own some nice ones.
