Pallet Supply, Collection & Delivery - Kendal to Isle of Wight

Just on the off-chance:

Can anyone recommend a company that can do this please?

I may need an electric wheelchair picking up from Kendal to be delivered to the Isle of Wight. As the current owner is disabled like me, he would need help securing it on the pallet.

Failing that, maybe you live near Kendal, have a van and fancy a trip down south? I'd pay of course.

Is an electric wheelchair something that needs 'careful' handling and does it have Li-Ion batteries?

The reason I ask is perhaps it needs specialist crating to secure & protect it as well as a shipper who knows how to handle it???

Hmmmm! though I surmise you are referring to 'from the supplier' i.e. they have the knowledge and equipment to attach it to a pallet to mitigate for the stresses of transportation? If so, that can be a tad different as a DIY preparation for shipment?

The courier company would supply the pallet and wait ten minutes for you to secure the item to the pallet. Then they would load it and deliver it.

You could try a company called P4D, they deliver pallets throughout the UK.
