Paint shop pro x3 query

Hi All, completely new to editing and have just purchased Paint shop Pro X3 as it appears to have good reviews and is cheap! I have some pictures of myself with unsightly eyebags (no longer a spring chicken!) that I would like to remove. What is the best way of doing this with Paint shop pro? Thanks for all help provided

Assuming your version of PSP has the retouching tools, select the retouching tool called 'push'. Set the opacity of the tool fairly low and set the size at about 15 pixels and see how that works for you.

Just gently smooth away the offending bags -working nice and slowly -don't be in a rush and alter the settings of the push tool as required.
