Packaging for photobooks?

Just a quickie, for the small amount of photobooks I print each year I'm looking for some ideas regarding packaging. I have some boxes and sleeves I've tried, but other than ridiculously expensive or rather weak cardboard boxes, i've not seen much to suit.

Anybody tried any decent boxes/sleeves for presenting photobooks? ie large 13" books.

If you find anything I'd certainly like to hear about it. We have a real problem finding things to ship books out to clients in that don't cost more than the book (almost...)
